"
A blessing in all their endeavors, and may they be blessed with happiness and wealth. He shall lead them to the wellsprings of Torah and fear of Heaven. They will delight in his words and also in his conduct, for he is a man of great manners and dignity… and he shall stand at their head, a crown of honor."
